How We Started

Solaria was founded as part of Solace Group with the mission of providing support to individuals who were unable to visit the OP clinic in person. Over time, we identified a greater need within the workforce, many professionals required assistance but lacked accessible support services.
To bridge this gap, we partnered with WPO and have since grown to serve over 470 companies across Malaysia with our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services.
During the pandemic, we placed a strong focus on EAP, which led to the establishment of Solaria as a dedicated brand. Now, we are expanding into digital platforms to enhance accessibility and provide even greater support to those who need it.
